These Terms of Service govern your use of vistasexhibit.com and any purchases made through this website. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. This website is operated by CV Management Solutions LLC.

Products and Pricing

All prints offered on this website are one-of-a-kind gallery framed photographs. Large format prints (24 × 36 in) are priced at $125 each; smaller prints (8 × 10 in) are priced at $60 each. Each print is unique — once sold, it is no longer available. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

Purchasing and Payment

All purchases are made through Stripe payment links. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

Pickup Policy

All prints are pickup only in Las Vegas, Nevada. No shipping is available.

Prints remain on display through the exhibit's closing date (September 1, 2026). After the exhibit closes, we will contact you by email to coordinate a pickup time and location in Las Vegas.

You must pick up your print within 30 days of that first coordination email. Prints not claimed within this window are forfeited and no refund will be issued. Please respond promptly to coordination emails so we can schedule a pickup that works for you.

If you will be unavailable during a particular window, contact us before the deadline at melvinmoralesx@gmail.com to arrange an alternative.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All photographs displayed on this website are copyrighted by Melvin Morales. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of that physical print only. It does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or digital usage rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any images from this website without prior written permission from Melvin Morales. This includes screenshots, downloads, or any other method of copying the images.

Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, access restricted areas, or use the site in any way that could damage or impair its functionality.

Limitation of Liability
